Profile repeat, face thickness, core stability, reverse balancing, machining tolerances and edge construction all affect the finished component. Our named profile collection ranges from close linear flutes to deeper scallops and asymmetric statement patterns. Standard full-sheet options are 2440 × 1220 mm and 3050 × 1220 mm. Cut-to-size work can be scheduled by length, width and quantity, with profile direction and centring reviewed. Finished components can add core build-up, matching veneer edges, solid lipping and an approved finish.
Current online specification begins with European oak or American walnut over an MDF or plywood core. The correct construction depends on application, span, fixing, weight and the required edge. Natural variation is part of real timber; sequential selection can help an elevation read coherently.
Typical uses include kitchen islands, cabinet fronts, wardrobe doors, media units, vanity fronts, counters, bar fronts and commercial feature joinery. Suitability is assessed as part of the component construction; the product is not promoted as an acoustic treatment.
