Our fluted and reeded panels are made for cabinetry rather than sold as decorative acoustic wall panels. Each profile creates a controlled rhythm of lands, grooves, reeds and shadow lines for kitchens, wardrobes, fitted furniture, reception areas and commercial interiors.
From full sheet to finished component
Choose profiled sheets for workshop fabrication, cut-to-size parts from a project schedule, laminated panels built around an appropriate core material, or finished components edged and prepared for assembly.
Grain and profile continuity
For multi-panel elevations, doors and drawer fronts, we can coordinate profile direction, sequence and timber grain so the finished elevation reads cleanly across divisions and returns.

For the last 15 years since our company began to produce fitter furniture in UK we've been using these panels for cabinet fronts, kitchens, wardrobes, fitted furniture, reception desks, retail fixtures and architectural joinery. The profile introduces repeat, depth and shadow while retaining the appearance and tactility of real timber.
02Are your products acoustic wall panels?
No. Fluted Studio supplies furniture-grade, CNC-machined real timber surfaces for cabinetry, furniture and joinery. They are not felt-backed acoustic slat panels or a generic wall-panel retail product.
03Can fluted wood panels be supplied cut to size?
Yes. In fact this is our main business. We supply full sheets, cut-to-size pieces, laminated panels and finished joinery components. Cut pieces can be project-labelled and coordinated against a cutting list.
04Which timbers, core materials and finishes are available?
Typical timber choices include oak, American walnut, sapele and maple, combined with core materials such as MDF, birch plywood or suitable door blanks. Raw, clear, oiled and tinted finishes can be discussed for the intended application.
05Can grain and profile continuity be managed?
Yes. Sequential sheets and matched components can be specified where the visual rhythm needs to continue across doors, drawers, panel divisions or returns. Continuity requirements should be identified early in the project.
06Do you provide trade samples and technical drawings?
Yes. Profile and timber samples can support design development and client approval. Reference drawings are available online, while verified project data and tolerances are confirmed during specification.
07Where is the Fluted Studio showroom?
Our showroom is at Unit G.02, The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, London W4 5PY. You can meet the team, compare physical profiles and discuss drawings, materials, finishes and supply format in greater depth.
08Do you supply fluted timber panels across the UK?
Yes. Fluted Studio supports UK projects from its London base. Delivery method, handling and lead time depend on panel size, quantity, finish and whether the order is supplied as sheets, cut pieces or finished components.
