What to know before you specify.
02 — Cut-to-size pieces
Individual components are sized to a schedule and can be labelled for production. This format is useful when profile centring, sequencing and handling need coordination before delivery.
03 — Laminated panel constructions
The profiled face can be integrated with a selected core and reverse balance to achieve the required total thickness and stability. Edge construction remains project-specific.
04 — Finished components
Components can be edged, finished and prepared for assembly where the scope is agreed. This reduces workshop operations but requires earlier sign-off of drawings, samples, tolerances and interfaces.
