Cut-to-size fluted panels are machined and sized to the dimensions in your project schedule. Fluted Studio reviews profile direction, centring, grain continuity, core material, total thickness, edges, finish, quantity, packaging and delivery before confirming manufacture.
Material + specification
Provide length, width and quantity for every unique panel together with an elevation when pieces form a continuous composition. We review size limits, profile direction and the visual effect at both cut edges before issuing the project specification.
Continuity is not automatic. It must be planned against panel sequence, joint positions, wastage and the available timber lay-up. Identify matched doors, drawers and returns clearly so the production route reflects the desired elevation.
A profiled face can be supplied unedged, with matching veneer or with solid timber lipping where appropriate. Total thickness reflects the face, core and reverse balance. Final tolerances are confirmed for the selected construction rather than assumed from a generic sheet.
Cut pieces can be identified against your schedule and packed to reduce handling confusion on arrival. Delivery method depends on overall sizes, quantity, finish vulnerability and programme; collection and dedicated transport can also be discussed.
