Made to measure / Fluted doors

Fluted doors,
sized to the millimetre.

Real timber fluted doors for wardrobes, bathroom units, kitchens and fitted furniture. Set the size, rotate the flutes, choose which edges are finished and see your price as you go.

01

Any size, either direction

Flutes can run vertically or horizontally. Doors can be up to 3050 mm along the flutes and 1220 mm across them, from slim bathroom fronts to full-height wardrobe doors.

02

Edges where you need them

Choose which edges are finished: tap each side of the drawing to add a veneered edge where it will be seen.

03

Furniture-grade construction

A milled real timber face on a moisture-resistant MDF core with a balancing veneer on the reverse, approximately 21.5 mm thick. Supplied unfinished or lacquered on both sides, with hinge and handle drilling available.

04

Continuity across a run of doors

For wardrobes and fitted runs we can sequence the timber and line up the profile so a row of doors reads as one surface.

Ask on WhatsApp
01What sizes can fluted doors be made in?

Doors can be made from 100 mm up to 3050 mm along the flutes and up to 1220 mm across them. Rotate the flute direction in the configurator to see which orientation suits your door.

02Which edges can be edged?

Any combination of the four edges can be finished with a veneered edge. Tap each edge on the drawing in the configurator to include or exclude it.

03Is the price shown final?

The configurator shows an indicative price excluding VAT. We check every order request and confirm the final price, lead time and payment details by email before production.

04Do you drill hinge holes or fit handles?

Yes. Add the number of hinge holes, handle positions and extra fixing holes per door in the configurator, then give the exact positions in your order notes or drawing.
